These Terms of Use govern how the Grinta application — owned and operated by Sila Al-Raqmiyya for Information Technology and Digital Solutions — may be used. They exist to ensure the platform is used lawfully and responsibly, in a way that protects the rights of all parties involved. By using the app or creating an account, you are explicitly agreeing to these terms and to all applicable regulations.

Grinta may only be used for lawful purposes directly related to booking venues or accessing services available on the platform. Any use that is illegal, fraudulent, or intended to harm the app, its users, or its service providers is strictly prohibited. You also agree not to attempt to breach, disable, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, or to gain unauthorised access to any data or accounts.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering or making a booking. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone else. All activity that occurs through your account is your direct responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

You are expected to honour your bookings and respect the internal rules of each venue or service provider. Mistreating individuals, misusing or damaging facilities, or violating the regulations of a booked venue is not permitted. Should any physical damage occur or misconduct take place, you bear full responsibility for the consequences.

We reserve the right to monitor usage of the app to ensure compliance with these terms. We may suspend or permanently disable any account where misuse, legal violations, or harm to the platform or its users is established — without prior notice.

The app may contain links or redirects to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to payment gateways, venue management systems, or supporting technology platforms. These links are provided solely as a convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service, and their own policies apply the moment you leave our platform.

Grinta includes features that allow users to post content and interact with others. You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, harmful, or otherwise objectionable. Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited. Grinta provides mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users. All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours, and content that violates these terms will be removed and the responsible account will be permanently suspended.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The revised version will be published within the app, and your continued use of the service following any update constitutes your implicit acceptance of the changes.
